I think the confusion is caused by lacking explanation of the relationship
between current developing WTP and the initial code at somewhere. For now, I
know initial code is the basic code of WTP, and there has many milestones to
gradually integrate different part of initial code to WTP. Before WTP
becomes mature, we can first try using the initial code to preview some
functions of WTP. If there has such a short notice that I have described, I
think it will be better. I just suggest putting the notice to this page of
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/development/main.html, and its position is
above initial code contributions. Just for reference.
