hi,
you will need XULRunner plug-ins as described on following ATF wiki
page: http://wiki.eclipse.org/ATF/Installing
Additionally, if you use WTP you might want to include org.eclipse.atf
feature, which includes integration with WTP.
Otherwise I'd suggest to use only org.eclipse.atf.mozilla.ide feature,
which does not depend on WTP.
The only question is, how are you going to build your tool. Personally I
would use P2 mirror tool to make a copy of XULRunner and ATF update
sites, merge them into single P2 repository and distribute internally.
Later on your users could install ATF by pointing P2 Update Manager to
the zipped P2 repository.
Let me know if you have any concerns.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I know that Xule Runner is essential for ATF.
However, I don't know which files are to be downloaded from the following site.
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releas es/
In my opinion, object files are those described below.
org.mozilla.xpcom_1.9.xxx
org.mozilla.xulrunner.win32.win32.x86_1.9.xxx
However, these files cannot be found.
Would you please inform me of titles of files constituting Xule Runner and the site from which they can be downloaded?
Additionally, I would like to confirm the process utilizing ATF by means of file copy.
1. ATF is downloaded from the following.
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/tools/at f/downloads/drops/0.3.0/I201001250639/atf-runtime-I201001250 639.zip
2. atf-runtime-xxxzip is unzipped, the resulting "features" folder and "plugins" folder are copied to "eclipse" folder to which ATF is to be downloaded.
3. xpcom, xulerunner are got and copied to "features" folder and "plugins" folder of Eclipse.
Kind regards
