hi, i use myeclipse to connect cvs server,it ok,but when i use eclipse ,but it give a exception "Could not connect to :pserver:user1@192.168.187.9:/home/cvsrepo/gz2010: I/O exception occurred: ProxyHTTP: java.io.IOException: proxy error: Proxy Error ( The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. )

Hi,

I had the same problem. Basically the proxy is ON. You need to remove the proxy or get your proxy server to allow this cvs server.

To access direct ( not through proxy) : In the "Add a new CVS Repository" screen click Configure connection preference" -> General -> Network Connection -> Active Provider -> Direct ( Native is proxy i think native is default).
