I'm using Eclipse + PDT Build id: 20090920-1017 in Mac OS 10.6.2

When I create new file, save it locally outside eclipse poject and edit, content assist has very limited fuctionality: If I type "ec", it suggests "echo", but if I type "php", it says "No Completions Available".
For "my" - it suggests mysql loops, but not even simple "mysql_connect();".
Same happens with files on a remote system (FTP).

If I create file within eclipse project - CA works like a charm.

Any suggestions? I dadly need working with files at FTP with Content Assist.

At least in "Zend Studio", contant assist works all the time, no matter where the file is.
