I am looking for a away to open a jar file in eclips and keep the same file structure, cause when ever i just unzip it and extract all the contents into a source folder of a new project i get errors....

Well, you're probably not putting the archive back together again properly, but the following plugin is very useful for editing archives from within Eclipse. Note that the project is a little disorganized. It doesn't use the update manager, and the main download link on this page actually goes to an older release. Go to the "View all Files" link and you'll find the 1.0.8 release.

After you install it, edit "File Associations" and set all the archive types to use the "Zip Editor" plugin.
