should do everything manually.... or install some plugin which helps
with this development, testing and deployment. My advise is to install
IBM Contribution to WTP (at the bottom of the page):

Thanks Chemi...that looks very promising.

I'm downloading ibm.zip right now ( but boy is it sloooo. Any mirror
sites ? ).

Eclipse WTP is the future solution... which currently is in Milestone 1.
The IBM zip is just an initial contribution to that project. Now
Eclipse.org is working based on those contributions to create the real
WTP. But meanwhile... you can use IBM contribution as is.
