Is there any documentation to setup e4 application to run off the web ?

I looked into the documentation @
http://wiki.eclipse.org/E4/RAP_Integration/Experimental
But it talks about version 0.9 and no mention about 1.0 regarding the "small
patch"

Where can I find an updated document ?

Can e4 application be launched using Java WebStart ?
