Hi,
the b3 DSL is now making use of the backend and build models instead of
generating the models from the grammar.

The backend model contains the general expressions, contexts etc.
The build model contains everything related to build units, builders, etc.

There is now only one thing generated - the top element that defines
what is in a .b3 file.

As the general expression part is more or less functional, it is now
time to start with the buildunit/build implementation.
