Wouldn't it be nice to be able to select breakpoints and have the option to remove all that are not selected (kind of like the "Close Others" option works when you right-click on a code editor header)? I think I am going to log an enhancement request, and wanted to get some feedback from the community.

I delete the no-longer-required breakpoints using the delete key and
this is really fast. Have you given this a try?

I use Breakpoint working sets. It also comes handy when you want to
enable/disable a set of breakpoints.
