Is it just me having issues connecting to the Nebula CVS or is there
something going on? I've tried for the last 3 days but still can't connect
at all. The committer section doesn't show any specifics in regards to CVS
and I don't remember seeing a recent CVS-email sent out. I haven't changed
any settings in ages locally..
