http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html will help you ask questions
like this in a way that lets people answer them.

Generally, asking others to do your work for you - for instance, asking us
to do your Googling - is not a way to get good answers. If you have a
specific precompiler in mind, and you have not found an Eclipse plugin that
supports it, perhaps you could ask the people who have developed that
precompiler whether they know of anything. If you are interested in
learning how to develop a plugin, I would suggest starting with the
tutorials on that topic that are included in the Eclipse plugin development
environment (PDE). If you already know how to develop plugins and are
wondering how to develop this one, please ask more specific questions.
Thanks!

Harley,
you really need not to waste your time giving an answer if you donnt have to, or other than saying something more than "do it yourself".
you give me no useful information but uncomfortable.
I ask this question because
1. maybe google is not everything. maybe someone knows something cannot be found in google. like the plugin i mensioned.
2. all something could tell me some know-how to create one in the smart way, because not everyone familiar which the plugin development.
which are all can be simply understand by my question generally.

My response was considerably more than "do it yourself." In fact, I gave you
concrete advice on how to ask the question in a way that will help you get a
good answer.

I wish you the best of luck in finding your answer. I think if you take my
suggestions literally and without offense it will help, but that is up to you.
