Hi,

I've been following this tutorial on Validation:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/GMF_Tutorial_Part_2

but can't follow how I get the validation messages to appear in the Problem view. I've set up a simple Audit Rule with a Domain Element Target and Constraint name.size() > 0 as described in the tutorial. When I run Validate from the Edit menu the Validation works and an Error icon appears in the models element. What do I do to so I get the problem view described in the tutorial?

The application is running in RCP, not sure if this makes a difference.

I'm afraid it does not work in RCP:

Ahh, I see!

Do you know if it works in any of the earlier releases of GMF?

Hi,

I started with GMF 2.1.3 and had the problem there.
This bug was the reason for me to switch back to the non-RCP-version...

Make sure to vote for the bug, and if you have a chance try to debug the problem, I'm afraid we can't do more right now.
