Hi, I have a problem when I try to go to another entrypoint (with
branding extension) If I have a open session, I mean:

- I have a open session in a RAP application, for example:
http://localhost:8080/amportal/amvitae
- From this session the user is registered by himself, then an email is
sent with an activation URL
- This URL is similar to:
http://localhost:8080/amportal/activation?user=xxx&code_ activation=xxxxx
- When user clicks on URL activation appears this warning message:
"RAP Warning: Deep Link into Existing Session
RAP does not support multiple browser-instances or browser-tabs per
session.
A request with deep link parameters was sent to an existing session
and these parameters were passed to this session.
You may click the link below to restart the session with the deep
link parameters from scratch.
Click here to restart the session with the deep link."
- If I click to restart session then a new URL is generated based in my
activation URL but with my "old" entrypoint setted as parameter, then,
the entrypoint asociated to "/activation" servlet branding is never called.
- I understand that Two simultaneous sessions are not possible but I
don't know why "old entrypoint" is forced in new URL

Is this a bug or a feature ?

Thanks in advance.
Roberto.

Hi Roberto,

thanks for pointing that out. To me this also looks like a bug. Could
you file a bug report?

Thanks
Rüdiger
