EditPart connection not visible within compartment [message #496421]

Hi..
I have a question why from EditPart within some comparment I cannot create
connection while I can do the same when I choose it from pallete and when
that EditPart is not in compartment, i.e. it is on the root pane?
I can post a pictures if needed. Regards
