Hi,

I'm new to attempting to use the UML2.1 diagram editors. I wish to
construct a simple example of using a profile. I
I tried to following the steps in
http://wiki.eclipse.org/MDT-UML2Tools_How_To_Use_UML_Profile s but when it comes to applying the stereotype to
a class in my target diagram I'm unable to find how to do this. I get
the impression that something may have changed in the functionality since
this tutorial was created as the context menu that I get when I
right-click looks completely different from that given in the tutorial - I
don't have a 'Apply Sterotype' menu item for example. On the other hand I
see a function to add a 'redefinable template parameter' to a class, but
looking around this looks like something from Papyrus as I found details
of how to use this on
http://www.papyrusuml.org/scripts/home/publigen/content/temp lates/show.asp?P=144&L=EN
I am using the EMF bundle from the Eclipse 3.5

regards,

Paul

Paul,

It's best to ask on the UML2 Tools newsgroup, which I've added to the
"to" list of the reply.
