Hello,

I'm new to Eclipse/GMF and Java. I've created an editor for building software components. A component can have several ports as child refference, affixed on the right and the left side of the component.
Now I want the component figure to resize herself, every time a port is added.
I found the catchword custom layout, but got no suitable intstruction how to realize it. Is this generally the right way to do this?
