Map to an IFile
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/EMF/FAQ#How_do_I_map_betwe en_an_EMF_Resource_and_an_Eclipse_IFile.3F
and use getLocationURI; don't assume it will necessarily be in the file
system given that Eclipse File System APIs can be used to support IFiles
that aren't in the file system.
