Is there a way to extend the standard PropertySheetPage (or any other general-purpose IPropertySheetPage implementation) in a way that enables the user to add arbitrary name-value pairs to the existing properties list, thus creating new properties?

I'm thinking of a page where in the first empty row both the name and value columns are editable. Does something like this already exist? If not, what would be the best way to implement it? Can you somehow have CellEditors for both colums?

Regards,
Gerrit
