Hi, many Eclipse users have been hit with issues by the eclipse 3.5.1.
rollout.

One specific problem was that people were redirected to the cloudfront
server at amazon and it lacked the files required to service the 3.5.1
metadata. (This is hopefully fixed now).

Other problems are caused by:
- mirrors not being up to date
- overloaded servers /bandwidth causing errors

We hope the storm will be over soon - some of us have not been able
continue working because of this.
