Hello,

I deployed my app with Tomcat (5 or 6), against 1.3M1 and then
hand-built platform from cvs.

As I see, the plugin.properties of my plug-in is not being read. I have
ensured that it's in the build path. I have a branding extension where
title is defined. The title is stored in plugin.properties. When running
in eclipse debug environment, everything is fine.

The config.ini is taken from releng project. But I had to remove example
plug-ins from there. Also tried org.eclipse.updateconfigurator.

I have accompanying plug-ins of the following versions:

1.0.200 org.eclipse.equinox.http.registry
1.0.100 org.eclipse.equinox.http.servlet
1.0.0 org.eclipse.equinox.http.servletbridge

I'm sorry for bothering, this is described in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=281650

I forgot to update the rap.equinox.registry fragment in my workspace.
