Hi all,

I tried to get a german version for my jface dialogs, so I downloaded
the german Babel packages and deployed the babel jface fragment
org.eclipse.jface.nl_de after adjusting the plugin host from
org.eclipse.jface to org.eclipse.rap.jface. The buttons on my dialogs
still have english labels. What did I miss?

I did that the same way for org.eclipse.rap.ui.forms and it worked there.

TIA

Tom

Hi,

i already opened a bug for this issue.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=282307

There is also a workaround described in the linked threads.

HTH,
Ben

As I read this I remember that I already saw the discussion thread -
and the bug - seems there is a memoryleak in my brain :-))

Thanks for the quick reply!

Hi Thomas and Ben,

I just fixed that particular bug in CVS HEAD - but I still wonder why
you do not use the RAP NL fragments from Babel? With the RCP ones you
always need to touch the fragment-host header in the manifest and babel
also provides translations for messages that are RWT/RAP specific.

But in the end, both ways should work now ;-)

Regards,
Ben
