Additionally it would be of interest, if with this Tools it is also
possible to retrieve information from a remote Apache-Server. If so, then
how, because the whole setup is for the local-host.

Sorry, I don't see this in any of the screenshots. Which image are you
looking at?

The Tomcat support is currently only for local (or mapped network drive)
servers.
