export: Deployable plug-ins and fragments fails to create correct jar [message #48998]

when exporting one of my GMF diagram plug-ins (I have 2 and the other
exports fine), the resulting jar file has only 4 files:

dummy.txt
plugin.properties
plugin.xml
Manifest.mf

the dummy.txt file contains the line:

"this is here so that the src directory will be save on export"

What is wrong. this plugin works fine in testing, it just won't export!

As I mentioned above a similar GMF diagram plugin exports correctly,
they were both created in the same way.

Have a close look at what's in your build.properties since this file
determines what will be exported.
