Hi,

i want to split a side affixed node into two parts like in the picture and place a comparment in region 2. that should be the right border in a border layout.

problem is that the complete box is just empty and no compartment inside... are there some problems with compartments? or maybe a tutorial/example, i can not find one wich explains a little more detailed .Sad

i am also open for another layout way without border layout, everything what works is welcome! Very Happy

thanks!
Olli

my mapping looks like:
...
-child reference to the complete box A
- - node mapping box A
- - -child reference to the comparment box B (extra box to be placed in region 2)
- - - - (node mapping and stuff from another comparment inside)
- - - comparment mapping for box B

graph def:
...
-figure descriptor box A
- - Rectangle A
- - - Border Layout
- - - (more stuff)
...
-figure descriptor box B
- - Rectangle B
- - - Border Layout Data (End, false)
- - - (more stuff)
