Hi all,
we're happy to announce that RAP 1.3 Milestone 1 has been released, as
part of Eclipse Helios.
Most notably, this version comes with rounded corners, gradients,
support for cheatsheets and much more. For a summary of new and
noteworthy features, see:

If you're not yet ready to jump on the train, take a look at the RAP
Demos which already include some of these features (like rounded corners
and gradients).

As always, the RAP Tooling (which includes the Runtime SDK) is available
from our update site:
http://download.eclipse.org/rap/rt/1.3/tooling
We also provide a Runtime SDK Repository for those who like to install
their target platform directly from a repository into the IDE. For
details see
http://www.eclipse.org/rap/downloads/runtime-install.php
You need to use this repository for 1.3:
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/1.3/runtime
In addition we published the project plan for 1.3 with our suggested and
committed items for this release. If you have any additional input or
questions on the plan, feel free to ask.

Yep, you're right. That happens if you just copy the old N&N mails and
adjust the urls ;)
Here are the correct ones:
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/1.3/tooling/
http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/1.3/runtime/
(the second one results in a 404 only because it is a p2 repo and not an
update site)
