Hello,
Can some one help me to solve this problem?
I'm developing GMF RCP application. I create a product in the project,
the program starts well by clicking "Launch an Eclipse Application" on
product "Overview" tab. But the problem is, if I export the application
using "Eclipse Product export wizard", it can't be start by double click
xxx.exe and throws the following exception "Application could not be
found in the registry". I have also read some solutions, e.g. check
whehter includ all the requiered plug-ins. I compared the "Plug ins" tab
on "Run Configurations" wiht "Configuration" tab in xxx.product, the
numbers of required Plug-ins are completely same. Everything seems OK,
but it does not work.
Appreciate for any tipps.
Regards,
Xuesong

Hi Wen,
The run configuation probably does not use the same application as specified
in the product configuration. Please check that the application and the
product config are actually defined on the
org.eclipse.core.runtime.applications and the org....products extension
point.
Best regards,
Wim
