Probably a stupid question: File Search [message #48651]

Eclipse User

Java search works fine for me to find things in the Eclipse source code,
but every time I try a File Search, it says "Problems encountered during
text search" and in the details for every file it says "Resource is out of
sync with file system". So I end up using grep. What am I doing wrong?
