Changes in SWTBot license from Apache License 2.0 to EPL [message #4258]

Hi,

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the contributors and
committers for their consent in changing the SWTBot license to EPL.

I'll eventually be changing the license text in the source code headers
in the course of the next few days.

I'll be dropping support for ExpandItem/ExpandBar since I've not
received any consent.
