Hi Fatma,
you can use an UML editor like TopCased to edit your models, and apply the
profile which you created.
in this article you will find how to create an UML profile and how to apply
it to a model
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/uml2/docs/articles/Intro duction_to_UML2_Profiles/article.html

Hi,
use an UML editor to edit your models, since your profiled model is an UML
model.
now, if you need to create a specific diagram editor for your specific
metamodel, you have tu use the GEF framework : http://www.eclipse.org/gef/
