I have two pulgins, originalTree and AppTree.

F1 on a tree view, its working...which is fine

I have the second plugin AppTree where originalTree is added as the
dependent plugin..I have developed a tree view which extends the first
plugin tree view.. class.. If I press F1 for the second plugin the help
system which is added to the original tree view is not gettin gopened..

How can set the help system for the second tree view..

For this create help system as an independent plugin. And put that new
help plugin in your both plugin's dependency. By this it would be
available to both of yours plugin and would work fine.
