I'm a new user, and quite excited by this new tool. The models are well
done for an "example" area ;)
So here come some questions:
1. Is there any tutorial,help,... teaching how to use the tools? Can only
see API help, it's a bit too advanced for me right now ;)
2. A big part of the work must be done in the UML files, like associating
profiles. The UML menu does not appear in the uml2tools? This is intended
to be that way or ...?
3. I would like to visually see stereotypes in my classes and other
elements like actions. Is it possible? will be possible? Now I can assign
it in uml file, but can't see in the model.
4. I need to express partitions on Activity models. Can it be done?? is it
planned ?

Thank you.

Hi Alexandre!

1. Tutorial.
Uml2Tools diagrams do not have tutorial yet as they are not of release
version now. I think situation will change closer to release time . Now I
can recommend to read uml2tool newsgroup as it contains a lot of interesting
questions and helpfull answers.

2.UML2 actions.
For many reasons UMLEditor is available for files with uml, uml2, xmi
extensions only (see org.eclipse.uml2.uml.editor/plugin.xml).

3. Applied Stereotypes in Uml2Tools.
See progress in Bugzilla #162570 [ClassD] Basic profiles support for ClassD
elements.

4. Activity partitions.
There are no plans for partitions support in Uml2Tools Activity Diagrams.

Best wishes,
Tatiana.
