Ray,

The UML2 project provides an Ecore importer that supports Java
generation. I don't think there is a specific tutorial for that but if
you follow this tutorial

but pick the "UML Model" choice on the "Select a Model Importer" page,
the same type of steps apply. I don't believe there is C or C++ support...
