1) At a minimum, provide all debugging support capabilities provided by WTP
for JSP pages

Special debugger functions for JSF:
- navigation/browse over context
- breakpoints on lifecycle steps
- breakpoint into action methods

In general JSP debugger in Eclipse is at least "not perfect". What can we do
with it?
