Dears,

I have successfully setup an up-and-running QVTO environment; thank for
all who help me to reach this point.

1-I wondering how can I create views and indexes in the output of the
RDBMS PSM model. I tried to add new class "customer_view" on pim.simplum
model using the word "view" as a stereotype but there is not any other
fields to use it to specify the main classes(tables) that this class(view)
depend on.more over I need to specofy the WHERE clause for the View in the
PIM model.

2-After reading many papers and website about MDA, I found a need for
creating new profile by extending UML to address new business domain need;
the new extended UML profile will be a word document that describe this
new business area; and I am trying to create new profile that address the
performance needs for relational databases. this means creating views,
Materialized views, bit map index, btree index, table partitioning at
conceptual level(PIM).
a-How can I integrate this profile with eclipse QVTO ; I mean how to make
eclipse QVTO produce such objects as RDB PSM model; what changes in
SimpleUml.ecore and rdb.ecore and pim.simpleump are needed to have this
done.

Many thanks for any help

Regards,
Omran
