Eclipse User

Which is the plug-in/feature containing icons such as minimize, maximize,
close, etc. for views (problems/console/outline/projects, etc.)?
I've tried a lot but for some reason they are not visible in my product.
I guess I need to explicitly add the relevant plug-in as a dependency, but
don't know which one it is.

Appreciate any help.
