In our RCP app, any exception that happens in any of our plugins gets logged
in the standard Eclipse Error Log View. However, none of our exceptions have
line numbers in the stack trace. (If it is an Eclipse exception, we do see
the line numbers.)

The Eclipse docs state that for doing debug builds, all you need to do is to
set the 'javacDebugInfo' property to 'true' in your build.properties file,
which we do; however still no line numbers. Is there anything that we're
missing?
