How i can specify my RCP program for specified encoding?

I faced a problem when i tried to use Arabic characters, I tried to use
UTF-8 encoding, when i tried to Test launching my RCP program it
appeared well, but when i tried to make branding for it, it failed to
appear correct encoding for UTF-8
