Hi

Now that ide plugins have been split up in 3.3... is it now "safe" to
use org.eclipse.ide in a RCP? In the past this was not true. Just double
checking that dependencies for CommonNavigator are acceptable in an RCP?

I am creating an "IDE-like" RCP but it is not a full blown IDE like
Eclipse and trimming things would be advantageous.

Yes, it should now be safe in the sense that you can taylor your RCP app
to your liking BUT you will carry some unwanted/unused classes with you.
