I have implemented a simple welcome page using the definitions in
plugin.xml - it is based upon the standard RCP example welcome page.

Whenever the app starts the welcome page always appears 'maximised'. Is
there a way to get this welcome page to appear non-maximised as part of
a tab group for example.

In other words, my app has a vertical sash form and I would like the
welcome page to appear to the right of the sash divide.
