Table behavior when pressing CTRL+UP/DOWN [message #464243]

Hi,

I am trying to implement a correct behavior for KTable when the user
presses CTRL+UP/DOWN.

However, first tests show me that there are different behaviors:
- Excel scrolls to the beginning/end of the table
- Native / SWT Tabel scrolls one row up/down on Windows.

Could anybody comment on the behavior on other platforms, such as
Linux/MacOX?
