Hi,

Iam new to using text editors.
I want to format my document ,for that iam trying to use
idocumentPartitoner,but frankly iam not getting any clue how to get
started with it.
Actually my requirements are as , i want to get the specific character at
the offset location, and limit the no of characters in the line and so
on..!
A sample snippet abt how to get started or tutorilas is much more
appreciated
