Hello,

I'm using a MasterDetailsBlock, where I implement
createToolBarActions and add a simple Action to the
toolbar manager. Now I observed, that this action
becomes invisible, if I don't set a non-empty
text (via setText) to the ScrolledForm.

Is this a design limitation, a bug, or can I
make the action visible even with no text on the
form (which I would prefer if possible)?
