Don't want minimize and maximize button for Editor [message #463172]

In my RCP application I have an editor. This editor has a minimize and maximize button on top right corner (on the title bar). These button are only there for the first time.

If I close this editor(only editor not the application) and reopen it, then these buttons are not there.

My requirement is, I don't want these button even for the first time.
