how can i put my GEF-editor actions to menubar?

plugin.xml -> ActionBarContributor to Editor

i need GraphicalViewer, i can find it there only by
~ getPage().getEditorReferences()[0].getGraphicalViewer()?


menuManager.appendToGroup(groupName, action) - how to define a group
before?
