Support for automated UI tests available? [message #4027] Thu, 27 January 2005 05:18 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hello,

I am developing Eclipse plugins. Is there any support for automated testing
of Eclipse UI or UI elements available or planned (something like start
action A which should bring up UI element B, fill field C with some text,
press Button D then which brings up UI element E, check if field E is filled
with text F etc...)? Ideal would be the possibility of having some test
scripts shich would also allow incorporating test code in specific places.

Regards
Richard

Hopefully you have already found better answers to this, but JIC: take
a look at
