Why aren't my Activity Diagrams being published? [message #46003]

I create an Activity Diagram (AD) for a Capability Pattern (CP), select it
for publication in the CP Properties, and publish it. But the diagram
doesn't appear on the published page. Suggestions for what I'm doing wrong?
