customize actionSet at runtime [message #453647]

i'm experimenting rcp and try to customize actions or actionSet at runtime
just like what ms office does in its menubar and toolbar's customization.
i'm also trying to save the current customized actions in a editor's
document.

it seems really hard and impossible.

i posted the same question in eclipse.platform group but no one reply. so i
post it here to try luck.

any help really appreciated!
