Hi,

I want to draw on an image a text containing the angstrom symbol (Å).
My application should work on both Linux and Mac platforms.

I've managed to display it the angstrom symbol using its unicode encoding
("\u212B") but the GC's current set font (Arial) is ignored.

Should I use another encoding ?
