Strangely via the Eclipse plugin it works in PDF.

Anything else I have to specify for the ReportRunenr to make PDF?

org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.emitter.fop

- avalon-framework-cvs-20020806.jar
- batik.jar

Then it works!
But I also want to know, what I am doing wrong? Missed a official jar?

Okay, the correct way is to take the jars from the plugin directory:

org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.emitter.fo\lib
