Apart from IDocument.set(String text) and IDocument.replace(int pos, int
length, String text), is there any other way of modifying an IDocument?
For example a way to insert text or delete text.

The only other work around i can think of, would be to call an
IDocument.get(), manipulate this string and then call a set() method with
this updated string as a parameter, but this way seems very inefficient.

Any ideas?
